Getting in touch...

The best way to communicate with us is by email, as your contact with us is efficiently logged.

Our main point of contact for the general public is Post 16 Admin:
[email protected]

This address should be used for all general enquiries about your child or the sixth form. If you’re not sure about precisely who to contact, please use this one only. Avoid sending messages to multiple addresses.

The other email addresses below are a little more specific.  Please use them if your enquiry is suitable.

[email protected] - for all Admissions-related queries.

[email protected] - for all enquiries relating to Post-16 Special Educational Needs matters, including questions about exam dispensations such as extra time etc.  For both potential applicants and students who are already on roll.

[email protected] – for all enquiries about the Post-16 Bursary arrangements for students – for use by students already on roll who have a Bursary or are applying for one.

[email protected] - for all IT enquiries about parental logins, student logins etc – for Office 365 and for Bromcom/MCAS/My Child At School.
NB. the IT team say: “Do remember that for MCAS you can often reset your password using the ‘reset password’ link.”
Please note:
  • it’s not generally helpful to write to more than one email address – it doesn’t ensure a quicker response and can sometimes create email crossovers from different members of staff
  • We generally deal with emails in the order in which they are received and try to respond initially by the close of the next work day.
  • However, at busy periods – say, at the start of term, or during our Enrolment process – we may receive such a volume of emails that our response time slows down.  When this happens, writing to us again to chase a response just slows our response time down as we have more emails to read.  Please bear with us: we will get to your enquiry.
